    to my dreams.

    And it terrifies me so.

    { Like you would not even believe it. }

    But I hear that dreams are often the things that terrify you.

    But the things you just cannot stop thinking about.

    putting little feet to my dreams.

    { It feels good, ever so often and again, to feel terrified. }

    I will not listen to the voice of “it’s too late.”

    Nor the voice of “nobody cares.”

    And, “you’re just not good enough.”

    Even, “everybody’s doing it so why should you too?”

    I will not.

    Do you ever feel that tightening in your skin…

    And your heart is thumping,

    And your mind is buzzing,

    Because every inch of your being is trying to cry out:

    “You are meant for so much more than you allow yourself to be!”

    “Be free! Be like your Father! You are made in His image!”

    “You are His darling creation.”

    “Do not be afraid. You are meant for more.”

    “Do it.”

    “Go ahead, do it.”

    { taking baby steps… }
